Born in Sussex, United Kingdom, Rowena grew up in the scenic Downs with her Mother (a teacher of science) and elder sister. From an early age, Rowena participated in dance and drama classes and began performing on stage from the age of 7. In 1997, Rowena's family relocated to Devon where she joined a local theatre group. It is here she furthered her skills in singing, dance and drama and began to receive leading roles in pantomime and theatre. Rowena also enjoyed taking part in school plays and in outdoor pursuits. After gaining her GCSEs, Rowena studied performing arts at college. It is here she learned that she could contort various parts of her body. These are best known as her "Party tricks". She received distinctions for her performing arts abilities. Rowena is now working on major film projects in the UK and abroad.
