Arthur Hurni 17 Nisan 1903 tarihinde Cenevre, Cenevre, İsviçre'de doğdu. Le spectre vert (1930), L'athlète incomplet (1932) ve L'énigmatique Monsieur Parkes (1930) filmleriyle tanınan bir aktördü. 20 Nisan 1993 tarihinde İsviçre'nin Cenevre kentinde öldü.
