Film Jeremy's film highlights include the DreamWorks's picture The Last Castle with Robert Redford and Screen Gems' Country Strong with Gwyneth Paltrow and Tim McGraw. In the summer of 2017 he got to improvise a scene with Robert DeNiro in the film comedy The War With Grandpa thus marking a really big one off his bucket list. Favorite independent features include, but are not limited to, Netherbeast, Inc., (Shoreline Entertainment) Closer To God, (Uncork'd Entertainment) and The Dead Center (Arrow Video) with Shane Carruth. He was the lead in both films as well as a producer. The last two films were made with writer/director Billy Senese. In addition to other honors, Senese's 2010 short film The Suicide Tapes, in which Jeremy played the lead character, won best international short at the prestigious Fantasia film festival. Televison/Web Among his numerous roles, Jeremy has had recurring characters on ABC's Nashville, CMT's short lived Sun Records and recently guest starred on Showtime's The Good Lord Bird. He is one of three producer/ actor/writers for the web series The Nether Region (sci-fi related sketch comedy). You can also catch him on Amazon Prime in The Jeff Durham Show (a thirty minute long comedy improvise) and in the dark southern comedy Local Air with Nashville alum David Alford. However, he may be best known to young viewers as one of the two characters he plays in the on line children's music series, Quavers Wonderful World of Music...He's both Repairman and the talking bust of Vivaldi. The most exciting thing to happen in his career, thus far, occurred in the winter of 2018 when he was cast as Jody in the third season of AMC's Preacher. He is a huge fanboy of the source material and die-hard enthusiast of the TV series...that he is now on. Theatre Jeremy is a company member of the distinguished and award winning Studio Tenn. theatre company in Franklin Tennessee. As a playwright he has had numerous plays professionally produced including The Vampire Monologues, Casa Blue: The last moments in the life of Frida Khalo, Palisades and the zombie western Christmas musical Zombies Can't Climb. He has directed plays for such professional companies as Tennessee Repertory Theatre, Actors Bridge Ensemble, American Stage Theatre Company, Bongo Java After Hours Theatre, and Broadaxe Theatre. As an actor has appeared in well over one hundred equity stage productions. Producer/Educator Jeremy was a co-producer for the Nashville Film Festival sponsored At Risk Youth Project between 2004-2006. He would collaborate with "at risk" high school students teaching them the intricacies of the film process and help them develop a short screen play. After a month long intensive a professional film crew would shoot what they had written having the students shadow them in their perspective positions. The program eventually captured the attention of such noted film makers as Craig Brewer (Hustle and Flow, Black Snake Moan e.t.c.) who acted as director mentor for the project. He also directed and helped develop an original script with the students of Community High School (a private high school created to help students with a history of substance abuse) in which they told their near death experiences as they related to substance abuse and self mutilation. Jeremy co-produced the production Stone Circle in conjunction with Tennessee Repertory Theatre garnering the praise and recognition of American Theatre Magazine. Jeremy worked as the theatre teacher for Abintra Montessori schools emerging acting program from 1996 - 2005. Many of his students have gone onto to become teachers and professional actors. He was Artistic Director for Steve Earle's theatre company Broadaxe from 2002-2005 under his leadership the company garnered much national critical praise. It's productions were voted best of the city by The Nashville Scene on numerous occasions in it's short but impressive run.
