Riccardo has been a casting director for over 30 years. He was co-owner of NB Casting in New York with Esther Navarro and later (1995 till 1999) he partnered up with Beata Rosenbaum. He gave Sharon Stone her first movie role while casting the extras for Stardust Anıları (1980) (dir. Woody Allen).
