In 2006, Jorge entered the music marketing industry, where he worked as a project manager and head of Latin and urban music at the independent company, "Pro Motions." There, he collaborated with acclaimed artists, including the Black Eyed Peas, Michelle Williams, and Sergio Mendez, producing exclusive remixes and contributing to the broader promotion of their music.
Subsequently, Jorge transitioned into the film industry, assuming key roles as an executive producer in several projects such as the upcoming true story war drama, "Brave Lord." Furthermore, as the creator and producer of the enthralling dance drama series "Making It," currently in development, Jorge is poised to bring his expertise in dance and music to the small screen.
