Cynthia Loewen is a Vancouver based Actress originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba. She did theatre in high school but started her acting career in Film & Television when she moved to Vancouver in 2002. Since then Cynthia has studied at Actorium Performing Arts School with acting coach Michelle Meyrink where she took various method-style acting classes rooted in Meisner Technique and Stanislavski Theory. She also has studied at Railtown Actors Studio and in 2021 Cynthia became interested in becoming a VO actor as well. She studied at On The Mic Training Voice Over School taking everything from Foundations, Video Game and especially all levels of Animation. Cynthia has acted in various television shows, independent films and has an acting role in the feature film The Unforgivable, a Sandra Bullock/Nora Fingscheidt Project for Netflix that came out in 2021. When not acting she works at Dark Horse Workshop building props & costumes also for the Television & Film Industry. She was a professional stained glass artist from 1991-2018 and took glassblowing from 2017 to 2021. She still does glass and metalwork artwork under the name Mystic Fusion Art. Cynthia's number one passion is acting including voice over. As an avid animal lover she also spends time volunteering at a local exotic bird sanctuary, is passionate about music, dancing, and loves nature.
