Richard Nevels is an American actor and content creator. Born and raised in south LA he grew up being fascinated by film and television. After successfully serving in the united states navy he set out on his journey to become an actor. Wanting to break into the industry but not knowing how, he began producing and starring in comedy sketches on social platforms that went viral more often than not. With social media as his foot in the door, Nevels caught the eye of Hollywood and has since landed a recurring role as Curtis Carter on HBO's Insecure.
