An award-winning actor and writer, Janet recently returned to performing and is having a blast on set and in the recording booth. She's appeared on top shows such as "Pretty Little Liars" and "Government Cheese" and shared the screen with Keke Palmer and Laurence Fishburne in "Akeelah and the Bee." Classically trained in London, her stage work includes Off-Broadway, numerous west coast premieres and a national tour of her solo show "The Ramona Roses," which Variety called "exuberant and hilarious." Janet also co-wrote the Showtime feature "Bellyfruit," starring Michael Peña. A busy voiceover talent, among other projects she had the pleasure of working with showbiz legends Carl Reiner and Ed Asner on "The Dybbuk" for NPR. She is a graduate of Oberlin College, the proud mother of a classical violinist, and wife of actor Christopher Grove.
