Esmée Myers was born in Nottingham, England, and moved to New Zealand when she was nine years old.

Esmée trained at Toi Whakaari: New Zealand National School from 2008-2010. Esmée is an actress known for Pete's Dragon (2016) and Consent: The Louise Nicholas Story (2014)
