Durrell Lyons comes from a humbling background on the east side of Wichita Falls, Texas. Originally a Spoken Word Poet, he's gone from being a one man show, to a leading man on stage and screen. His screen credits include a recurring role in "Tyler Perry's The Have's and Have Nots," and a supporting role in the NAACP Award winning film "Alice."
