Fran Lee 28 Eylül 1910'da Manhattan, New York City, New York, ABD'de doğdu. Lux Video Theatre (1950), Major Dell Conway of the Flying Tigers (1951) ve The Big Story (1949) filmleriyle tanınan bir oyuncuydu. Samuel Weiss ile evliydi. 13 Şubat 2010 tarihinde Kudüs, İsrail'de öldü.
