Dick Rush 16 Ağustos 1882'de Dubbo, Yeni Güney Galler, Avustralya'da doğdu. Playing Double (1923), The Three Way Trail (1925) ve The Apostle of Vengeance (1916) filmleriyle tanınan bir aktör ve yönetmendi. 11 Mart 1956'da Los Angeles, Kaliforniya, ABD'de öldü.
