Krister Johnson is an Emmy Award-winning writer, producer and performer. Most recently he adapted the Netflix series "Murderville" for American television and served as head-writer, executive producer and show runner.

Prior to that, Krister co-created "Medical Police" for Netflix, a spin-off of the award winning Adult Swim series "Childrens Hospital." Other writing and producing credits include "Wet Hot American Summer" (Netflix); "Another Period" (Comedy Central); "I'm Sorry" (TruTV); "Onion SportsDome" (Comedy Central); and "Childrens Hospital" (Adult Swim), for which he won an Emmy in 2016.

As an actor, Krister has appeared in "Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later" (Netflix), "A Futile and Stupid Gesture" (Netflix) and "Search Party" (TBS).

Krister is one half of the satirical Christian acoustic duo God's Pottery, who were finalists on NBC's "Last Comic Standing" a million years ago. Their book "What Would God's Pottery Do: The Ultimate Guide to Surviving Your Teens and/or Being Successful" is available from Random House.
