Sheldon Frett was born on Tortola, in the British Virgin Islands. He graduated from LAMDA (The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art) with a Masters in Classical Acting. He is an actor and producer, known for Get on Up (2014), Vincent N Roxxy (2016), Shots Fired (2017) and Hitmen (2020).
