Patricia Jessel 15 Ekim 1920'de İngiliz Kraliyet Kolonisi Hong Kong'da doğdu. The City of the Dead (1960), Aptallar Şehri (1966) ve The Old Curiosity Shop (1962) filmleriyle tanınan bir oyuncuydu. George Feinberg ile evliydi. 10 Haziran 1968 tarihinde Londra, İngiltere'de öldü.
