Martin K R Zetterlund is born in Hälsingland, Sweden and graduated from College of Circus at 2002 specialized in acrobatics. He moved to Hong Kong to work as a stuntman and as an apprentice to action director Adam Chung-Tai Chan from 2003 to 2006. After working abroad as a stuntman for a couple of years he moved back to Sweden and is since 2016 working as stunt coordinator.
