Rebeca started acting at the young age of six, when she was cast as a regular on a nationwide TV show for children, which could be compared to the Mickey Mouse Club. For five years she performed a different fantastical character every week. She also sang and danced in the show. During that time she started taking acting, dancing and voice coaching lessons.

Following the variety show Rebeca was a regular in "Tras La Huella", a nationwide crime investigation series on Cuban television, where she played alongside Blanca Rosa Blanco. She also was the lead in Descemer Bueno and Buena Fe's internationally successful music video "Ser de Sol", directed by Cuba's most acclaimed director, Ian Padron.

Rebeca has also starred in numerous Cuban plays.

Rebeca has studied with Humberto Rodriguez, the Olga Alonso Academy and Theater Group, Alfonso Bandera Tamayo and Blanca Rosa Blanco, as well as Anita Rojas for voice coaching. She currently studies with Ivana Chubbuck in Los Angeles.
