Barbara Jones is the Founder and CEO of Outshine Talent which is a talent management company that represents top social creators. She launched the careers Charli and Dixie D'Amelio, who are now the world's most popular teens. Her company manages a diverse and talented roster of social-first creators who are also actors, authors, musicians, models, entrepreneurs and investors.

Prior to Outshine Talent, she was a pioneer in the influencer marketing industry, founding influencer marketing agency Blissful Media Group in 2008 and continuing as CEO through 2019. Her agency worked with top brands TikTok, GoDaddy, Hyundai, Kobrand Wine & Spirits as well as with top PR and digital agencies on social influencer strategy and execution.

Barbara is also a music industry veteran having worked in Marketing for Warner Bros, Epic Records, A&M Records, Maverick Recordings and Columbia Records, where she was the Head of Marketing.

Barbara was also a founding Board Member of the Influencer Marketing Association which is an industry trade organization aimed at protecting the authenticity, establishing best practices and benchmarks as well as maintaining the ethics of the influencer marketing industry.
