Kohla began her career solely as a model, specializing in fashion runway, fashion print, hair modeling, and promo modeling; and frequently modeled for various clothing designers, magazines and product brands in addition to independent photographers. By 2018, Kohla tailored her work exclusively to high fashion, fashion runway, and commercial print modeling, garnering multiple international publications and designer credits. In 2019, Kohla advised that she would no longer be modeling and would instead be focusing exclusively on film.
