Hector Eduardo Suarez Noas , stage name Hector Noas ( b. Cuba , May 8 in 1960 ) is a Cuban actor. He holds a Bachelor of the Arts majoring in Performance, from the Superior Institute of Arts in Havana and graduated with Gold Medal and Diploma of Honor. He has hosted events such as the International Film Festival Latinoamericano, Cubamoda International Film Festival - Plaza, National Theater Award 2001 and 2004 and the " Grammy " in the Palace of Conventions in Havana ( 1991 ) . He has worked as a radio actor. In Spain he lent his voice to the campaign of Havana Club , and has also serviced as voiceover narrator to several documentaries. Among them " Las Hermanas Marquez " and "The Sax Life" on the great Paquito D' Rivera.

He has lectured in various workshops dealing with Acting and Directing Actors in Film School Galicia. He was nominated for a Caricato Award for his work on the film " The Wall " by Alejandro Gil in 2006 , which subsequently lead to his performance on "The Broken Gods" by Ernesto Daranas . In December 2011 he was cast as the lead the film "Green Green" under the direction of award-winning filmmaker Enrique Pineda Barnet. He was nominated for Best Actor in Film for this work. "Conducta" and was the lead actor in the award winning film "Sergio y Serguei", both by director Ernesto Daranas. He has won several awards for his work in "Mambo Man", directed by Edesio Alejandro. Originally set to be the lead actor in the Cuban independent film "Corazon Azul" by Miguel Coyula, but his role was reduced after he abandoned the production.
