Kathleen Cleaver 13 Mayıs 1945'te Dallas, Teksas, ABD'de doğdu. Zabriskie Point (1970), The Black Panthers (Kara Panterler) filmleriyle tanınan bir oyuncudur: Vanguard of the Revolution (2015) ve The Weather Underground (2002) filmleriyle tanınmaktadır. Daha önce Eldridge Cleaver ile evliydi.
