Noor (which means "light and brightness" in the Arabic language") is a Jordanian actress of Palestinian and Lebanese origins. She began her acting career at the young age of seven starring in productions like The Stoning of Soraya (2008) and The Shooting of Thomas Hurndall (2008). Noor gained her prominence for her role as antagonist Layan Murad on the Netflix series Al Rawabi School for Girls (2021). The actress received a "Best Young Actress" nomination by Entertainment Tonight and "Favorite Rising Star" nomination at the Joy Awards in 2022.

Noor is also a classically trained ballerina as well as other dance forms.
