Mahen Vakil was an Executive Producer with Yash Raj Films (YRF) and had worked with Mr. Yash Chopra for about 25 years on many YRF films including Darr (1993), Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995), Dil To Pagal Hai (1997) and Mohabbatein (2000) amongst others. He was also involved in the construction activities of YRF Studios.
