Phoebe Hawthorne 15 Eylül 1979 tarihinde Maidstone, Kent, İngiltere, Birleşik Krallık'ta doğdu. Son Umut (2006) ve Global Young People's Convocation 2010 (2010) filmleriyle tanınan bir oyuncudur. Robin Stout ile evlidir.
