New York City born and raised actor/writer/comedian Carol Brooks has appeared in film, TV, commercials, Off-Broadway, Off-Off Broadway, and Way-The-Heck-Off-Broadway (Ohio).

Shy as a youngster, trembling as she mumbled her lines in a 4th grade play, she later found her comedic voice making her first sarcastically funny wisecrack in the 5th grade - and she hasn't stopped since discovering how much she enjoys making people laugh.

Carol has always been an avid creator and writer, quick to identify a story and thoughtfully build upon it. She has produced educational and promotional videos, taking them from concept to the finished products. Merging her experiences and eye for intriguing subject matter, she founded Tipsy Tabby Productions with a focus on creating compelling and engaging content for unscripted television in diverse areas including human interest, lifestyle, health, food, home, and more. She is excited to be partnering with some exceptional production companies and talent to bring her concepts and content to television and streamers. Project details to be announced.
