Wendell Holmes 17 Ağustos 1914'te Cheshire, Ohio, ABD'de doğdu. Alacakaranlık Kuşağı (1959), Zorro (1957) ve Leave It to Beaver (1957) filmleriyle tanınan bir aktördü. Adrienne Marden ve Lois Holmes ile evliydi. 27 Nisan 1962'de Paris, Fransa'da öldü.
