Josef Behrmann 25 Haziran 1925'te Ventspils, Letonya'da doğdu. Ani tehlike (1965), Enayiler kralı diplomat (1955) ve The Kitchen (1961) filmleriyle tanınan bir aktördü. Ağustos 1995'te öldü.
