Jessica Chow was born in Chantilly, Virginia. She was raised in Northern California and graduated from the University of California, Davis, with two bachelor degrees in International Relations and Communications. Jessica speaks fluent Mandarin, Spanish, and English. She enjoys running, bike riding, hiking, beach volleyball, and eating in her spare time.
