Saskia Larsen is a professional actor and member of SAG-AFTRA. She formed her production company, LifeLayer Entertainment, LLC in 2015 after successfully collaborating on the film 10 Days in a Madhouse which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival and the Bentonville Film Festival. She began her acting career attending Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York City. She certified in stage combat, loves improv, comedy, drama, and sings blues and country. She also has a bachelor's and a master's degree in psychology which she feels aids her gifts as an actress. She studied at Improvolution NYC with teachers from Second City. She studied voice acting and commercial voiceover with Bruce Kronenberg at Abacus Entertainment. She continues to work weekly with award winning director and actor Anthony Robert Grasso on script analysis, scene work, commercial copy, and audition technique. She also continues to work with the the magnanimous acting coach and casting director Brette Goldstein on audition preparation, career goals, marketing materials, and industry strategies. Saskia was born and raised in Connecticut. Both her parents are retired school teachers. Her mother immigrated from the Netherlands, her father from Norway. She has one sister, Kirsten Fredericks. After living in New York City for 9 years, she moved to Birmingham, AL and married her wonderful husband Martin Williams. She currently lives in Birmingham, works as a local in the Southeast market, and happily goes wherever she can contribute to a project.
