Jack Chapin was born on 24 August 1909 in Douglaston, New York, USA. He was an actor and assistant director, known for Chloe, Love Is Calling You (1934), Buy Me That Town (1941) and College Holiday (1936). He died on 8 July 1945 in Italy.
