Kathleen Warner Yeates has worked in film, TV, theatre and voiceover for over 30 years in the U.S. and in Ireland/U.K. She has had the female lead role in four independent feature films, as well as many short films. Her TV credits include, among other things, the BBC One/PBS Masterpiece Theatre production of "Little Women" in the role of Aunt Carroll opposite Angela Lansbury. She trained in the U.S. at Kutztown University (BFA) and Villanova University (Master), and worked in theatre throughout the U.S. in every form of theatre - musicals, new plays, contemporary plays, Shakespeare, Shaw and experimental theatre.

Additionally, Kathleen works as a writer, a director, a singer, an acting coach, a consultant for directing actors for film, and consults in pre-production for refining script development to maximize performance results. She has her own company based in Dublin, Ireland, Flying Turtle Productions.

Originally, Kathleen was born as Kathleen Loretta Warner in Audubon, Pennsylvania. U.S., and worked performing in Philadelphia theatres and throughout the U.S. before moving to New York City where she worked for 10 years. In 1999 Kathleen moved to Dublin, Ireland to raise a family, and took a leave from the business for a few years. She returned to acting, directing, writing and the related industries in 2011 with her performance in Albert Nobbs, and has been busy ever since.

Awards: The 2021 Independent Film Awards - Honorable Mention for Best Actress in The Letters feature film.
