Adam Tyler is a five-time BAFTA Children's Award winning director, writer and producer. Adam worked for four years creating short dramas and documentaries for TrueTube, during which time they directed a total of ten BAFTA Children's Award nominated films, with their work also nominated for another 24 awards.

Adam's short drama Refugee - the story of a British refugee family told in reverse, from a brave child's perspective - became the first ever online-only film to win the BAFTA Children's Award for Drama in 2016. They collected the award again in 2017 for Like Me - a visceral, visually innovative story, told in real-time, of one teenage girl's experience on social media. Also in 2017, Adam won the BAFTA for Writer for their rapid-fire comedy-drama Screwball!, exploring issues of consent, pornography and toxic masculinity. Adam directed both Screwball!'s lead actors, Savannah Baker & Alhaji Fofana, to their first BAFTA nominations for their performances - and Alhaji Fofana to his first win aged 21. On the strength of Adam's body of work, TrueTube became the first ever online platform to win a BAFTA Award for Channel of the Year, in 2017.

Most recently Adam's documentary What Do You Mean I Can't Change The World? won the inaugural BAFTA Children's Award for Content for Change, and saw them nominated for their first BAFTA for Directing.

Adam's short comedy-drama Shia // Sunni has been watched over 3.5 million times on YouTube.

Adam has several TV projects in development.
