Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, Bill Victor graduated at the University of California, Berkeley, with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and a post-graduate studies in Management Information Science, Living in Alameda, California, and has 24 years experience in the financial industry. Bill Victor left the financial industry and started his encore career in the Hollywood film industry. Today, he is best known for his award winning family friendly science fiction adventures titled Alien Danger 1 & 2 with Raven van Slender, and Raven van Slender Saves Christmas! He has credited awards for It Wants Blood!, American Wisper, ROUTINE, and STAYCATION. He has produced and acted in International films such as Werewolf Cabal, The Haunted Studio, Demons at Dawn, and Big Cats, and The Highgate Vampyre. You might be able to catch one of his films at a film festival too!

Bill Victor is the CEO of Alien Donut Films(TM) which has 28+ credited films including horror films Arena Wars, Night of the Tommyknockers, and Bermuda Island on Amazon Prime and TubiTV. He is involved with other family friendly films such as Bob Gurr: Never Say No (2023), Renegades Ominara (2023), and To the Journey: Looking Back at Star Trek Voyager (2024).
