James Bowen was born in Sicily, Italy on January 26, 1964. James graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia in 1989. He lived in Los Angeles, California from 1989 to 2003. He currently resides in a small town in Indiana. He enjoys fishing, bar tending, and spending time with his family and friends.
