Originally from Upstate New York, Sarah started her acting career in Orlando, Florida where she studied Meisner Technique and Film Acting with the late Yvonne Suhor at Art Sake Acting Studio. Her first big break was being cast in the band Creed's music video "Higher". She then went on to book several leading roles in Independent Films, commercials and stage at the Valencia Arts Center, Warehouse Theatre and Fringe Festivals where she won many awards, including Best Show and Best Actress.

Sarah moved to Los Angeles in 2003 and shortly after landed the leading role of Melissa Cherry in FOX Searchlight's The Onion Movie (2008) staring Steven Seagal and Len Cariou. The Onion Movie led her to being chosen as one of "Today's Girl" on Maxim.com. Since then she's guest stared and appeared on TV shows including: TNT's Rizzoli & Isles (2010), Joss Whedon's Dollhouse (2009), Damon Wayans's sketch comedy show The Underground (2006), Monk (2002) and the sitcom Hot Properties (2005) staring Nicole Sullivan and Sofía Vergara. She also did supporting and leading roles in the Indie films: Love and Death in Los Angeles (2012), and Open Gate (2011) where she acted along side Tyler Hoechlin, Agnes Bruckner and William Sadler.

Some of her past theatre credits include understudying the leading role of Ann in "All My Sons" at The Geffen Playhouse; performing the lead in "Why Things Burn" at the Mint; producing, writing and performing in the all female sketch comedy group "One Hott Mess" and sketch comedy in a few late night Serial Killers at Sacred Fools Playhouse. Sarah has studied improv at Second City and was in Elizabeth Gamza's master scene study class at The Raven Playhouse.
