Per Theodor Haugen 8 Ekim 1932'de Norveç'te doğdu. The Last Place on Earth (1985), Volpone (1965) ve Et dukkehjem (1973) filmleriyle tanınan bir aktördü. Sidsel Sellæg ile evliydi. 14 Ekim 2018'de Oslo, Norveç'te öldü.
