Born in Cagliari (Sardinia, Italy), Valeria started her artistic formation at the age of 5 as a ballet dancer. At the age of 16, she won a national dance competition.

She studied acting at the Gaiety School of Acting in Dublin (Ireland) and at the TVI Actors Studio in Los Angeles (California) and is a trained Method actress, producer and voice over artist.

She is also a combat actor, horse rider and a RYA certified skipper.

Valeria holds a degree in Psychology and speaks English, Italian, French and Spanish.
