Spencer Bell 25 Eylül 1887'de Lexington, Kentucky, ABD'de doğdu. The Wizard of Oz (1925), Taxi Spooks (1929) ve The Outlaw Dog (1927) filmleriyle tanınan bir aktördü. 18 Ağustos 1935 tarihinde öldü.
