Anubhav is an Indian screenwriter and Assistant Director (AD). Growing up in Punjab, he was always fascinated with the world of films and the power of storytelling. He began his journey with filmmaking as a director's assistant on Don 2 and as the AD on Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, both of which were produced by Excel Entertainment. Anubhav also served as the 1st AD on films such as The Sky Is Pink, Dil Bechara, Rajma Chawal, and The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir. Apart from this, Anubhav has written dialogues for Saare Jahaan Se Acha, an upcoming Rakesh Sharma biopic written by Anjum Rajabali, to be directed by Mahesh Mathai and produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur and Ronnie Screwvala. Anubhav's original screenplay Phurrr... placed fourth in Cinestaan 2020, and was awarded as the best screenplay at the MPA-APSA Launch Your Script contest in 2018. Anubhav co-directed Netflix's docu-series House of Secrets: The Burari Deaths, with Leena Yadav, which was released to universal acclaim. He is currently head writing an Indonesian thriller series being produced by Sinemart, which is a part of the Indonesian media conglomerate, Emtek. Alongside that two of his original series projects have been picked up for development by RKF and another one is with an international producer.
