Douglas Livingstone 23 Mayıs 1934'te Dagenham, Essex, İngiltere, Birleşik Krallık'ta doğdu. Boys from the Bush (1991), The Impossible Spy (1987) ve The Day of the Triffids (1981) filmleriyle tanınan bir yazar ve oyuncuydu. Anne Carroll ile evliydi. 19 Nisan 2021 tarihinde öldü.
