Helen Latham 2 Mart 1976'da İngiltere'de doğdu. Footballers' Wives (2002), EastEnders (1985) ve Footballers Wive$ ile tanınan bir oyuncudur: Extra Time (2005) filmleriyle tanınmaktadır. Haziran 2004'ten beri Darren Morfitt ile evlidir.
