Françoise Lugagne was born on 10 August 1914 in Marseille, Bouches-du-Rhône, France. She was an actress, known for Le journal d'une femme de chambre (1964), Landru (1963) and Le comte de Monte-Cristo (1979). She was married to Raymond Rouleau. She died on 5 May 1991 in Puéchabon, Hérault, France.
