Steven Stavrinakis is best known for Mr. Erbac's Retro Classic Video Game Review and College Students Beware. Before that, Steven Stavrinakis was one of several key production assistants in 2017 on the set of the short film, "The Snag". Steven also provided behind the scenes filming for the short film. Steven was interested in helping with the film when he found out the director who worked at the same Goodyear plant as him, would be filming this short film. He does have a multimedia degree. As his scene as an extra was cut out of the film, he created Steve Erbac's Gaming, which became Mr. Erbac's Retro Classic Video Game Review.

Steven, who was born in Leominster, Massachusetts is also known for Steven S. Plays alongside producing and appearing in a PSA for Cameron University. Steven was a background actor in Washington's Armor Volume 1, he also helped assist and film Rescue (2022). Steven filmed, directed, acted, edited,produced, and wrote the short film College Students Beware.
