Brian Prisco was raised outside Philadelphia in the happy little hamlet of Quakertown. After winning awards for his several high school productions, he went on to get his degree in English and Theater at Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA, where he helped grow Mindbending Productions, which performed several of his one-act plays. He returned to Quakertown and worked with several community theaters including Dark Horse Children's Company, The Theater Outlet, The Civic Theater of Allentown, Playcrafters of Skippack, and The Montgomery Theater Project. The Theater Outlet performed several of Brian's one-act plays, an evening called Dodgeball with Fat Kids, and a one-act festival called We Got Bills with fellow playwrights Tesia Nicoli and Steven Bost. Brian became a founding member of the Associated Mess Improv Troupe.

Brian went on to earn an MFA in Screenwriting at Boston University under the tutelage of Stephen Geller and John Bernstein. He worked on several student films while at B.U., including writing and producing his very own student film, which was a first for the screenwriting program. After another stint back in Pennsylvania, where he worked at Barnes and Noble as well as a karaoke DJ, he headed west. He has since appeared in the background of some of your favorite shows such as The Wizards of Waverly Place, Bones, Life, Weeds, Hung, and Luck.

Brian currently writes film criticism for the iconic pop-culture website Pajiba and is a member of the Online Film Critics Society.
