Stefan Balugani (August 26, 2004) is an Italian director, writer and video editor. He is known for directing 'Balto IV: Wolf Destiny', the last film of Balto's cinematic franchise started with 'Balto' (1995) and continued with 'Balto II: Wolf Quest' (2002), and 'Balto III: Wings of Change' (2004). The movie will be based on 'Wolf Destiny', a book published by Balugani himself on March 2021 on Amazon.com.

Stefan also has a YouTube channel where he tells his followers everything about the making of the upcoming movie, and interviews people from the world of cinema such as Nicholas Meyer (director, 'Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan') and Neil Watson (cameraman, 'Avatar: The Way of Water').
