He made his film debut in 2023 with An Endless Sunday, a post-modern coming-of-age film that won the Special Jury Prize in the Orizzonti section and the FIPRESCI award during the 80th Venice International Film Festival.
Born in 1992 in the Roman countryside, he graduated in graphic arts and photography learning the main techniques of traditional animation cinema. In 2013, at age 18, he co-directed an episode of Leonardo Carrano's experimental animated film Aeterna, exhibiting with him at MAXXI in Rome in 2017. In 2015 with the experimental project There's only a moment convinces Stefan Sagmeister in the RUFA Contest, winning a working meeting in New York with the Grapich Design guru. The following year he presented the short film IOV at the Rome Film Festival in the Alice nelle città section and received a special mention at the Nastri D'argento for Il Miracolo. The jury of the 2016 RUFA Contest, chaired by designer Karim Rashid, awards him for the work A casa ovunque, a project about the places and spaces where he grew up, using an avant-garde technique in VR.
He experimented as a cinematographer in small independent projects and graduated from Rome University of Fine Arts with the short film Adavede, which was screened at the 32nd International Critics' Week during the Venice International Film Festival. He works as a photographer and behind-the-scenes documentary filmmaker on the films Miss Marx, Nico,1988 and Chiara by Susanna Nicchiarelli; Pinocchio by Matteo Garrone; Favolacce and America Latina by Fratelli D'innocenzo. In 2023 he won the Solinas Experimenta Serie award and in parallel presented his first film An Endless Sunday at Venice 80, the Toronto International Film Festival and the Busan International Film Festival.
