Leonid Chibisov was born on 24 March 1924 in Moscow, USSR. He was a production designer and art director, known for Ya byl sputnikom solntsa (1959), Poprygunya (1955) and Za vitrinoy univermaga (1956). He died on 15 August 1995 in Moscow, Russia.
