Jessica Kelley is a Talent Manager at Avail Comedy Management based in Los Angeles, California. Her primary focus is stand-up comedians who write, act and create. She works with talent who have strong voices and unique points of view. Her clients are on HBO, Comedy, Central, IFC, Adult Swim, Amazon and Netflix et al. Have written and created shows for the same and have raised the ranks of podcasting

In 2017, alongside Jamie Flam and Vanessa Ragland, she launched revered comedy venue Dynasty Typewriter at the Hayworth Theater in Los Angeles. She brought in a former associate to the team from her time as Comedy Talent Buyer at the Fox Cabaret in Vancouver,BC who harnessed the vision for the branding and design at Dynasty. In 2019, once the venue had established itself as one of the premier comedy spots in LA, Kelley put her focus solely back to management and expanded her roster.
