Born in Toronto, Ontario and raised in North Vancouver, BC. Studied acting throughout her teens and early twenties at The Arts Umbrella and Carousel Theatres in Vancouver, BC; with June Whittaker, an understudy of Sanford Meisner in Vancouver, BC; and with Bruce Glover in Los Angeles. While acting, she became interested in producing and writing. Has been actively involved in several philanthropic organizations for over a decade and is an activist for equity and justice for all living beings. Is a huge animal lover, Vegan and a certified Yoga instructor. Has 3 siblings and one nephew. Family is of Irish descent.
