Sarah Bishop is an Australian comedy actor, writer and director. She is known for voicing the lead role of Sarah on YOLO: Crystal Fantasy on Adult Swim, and for her work as one third of the sketch comedy group Skit Box.

Skit Box have achieved over 140 million hits online for several viral videos including Activewear. They were named among the 10 Australian Female Comedians You Need to Know on MamaMia, received the Genre Excellence Award for their live show at the 2015 Sydney Comedy Fringe Festival, created an Activewear follow up video with British pop star Ellie Goulding, and performed on stage at the Sydney Opera House as part of the 2019 Just for Laughs Festival. And in 2016 they created, wrote, starred in and co-directed a sketch comedy TV series Wham Bam Thank You Ma'am a NBC Universal Seeso Original and a co-production with ABC Australia.

A staple of sketch comedy in Australia, Sarah has written, performed in and/or directed sketches for multiple tv shows including The Moth Effect on Amazon, Kinne Tonight on Ten, Black Comedy on the ABC and The Slot on the Comedy Channel.

Her directing work includes several TVCs through Revolver including Isowhey starring Celeste Barber, and Tourism Australia starring Luke Hemsworth. In 2019 she was a Directors Attachment to Peter Duncan (Rake) on the TV series Operation Buffalo (starring Ewen Leslie, James Cromwell & Jessica De Gouw) with Porchlight Films and a creative team that included Producer Vincent Sheehan, Academy Award-winning Production Designer Colin Gibson and award-winning cinematographer Martin McGrath (Muriels Wedding). In 2020, she co-directed and starred in the web series Ding Dong I'm Gay which was funded through Screen Australia and nominated for an AACTA Award for Best Online Series.

In 2022 she graduated from the Second City Film School, and has continued with regular training as part of the Second City Conservatory in Chicago, and classes at The Annoyance.

She holds dual citizenship in Australia and the UK.
